Who builds it
DRHP Lens is built and run by Parin Shah, a Chartered Accountant (ICAI, 2012) and US CPA (AICPA) based in Ahmedabad. He has served as Chief Financial Officer of a company listed on NSE and BSE, where he was the single point of contact for taking it from startup to a main-board listing, and raised capital through a listed NCD issue and from banks and NBFCs.
His roughly 19 years in finance include business and share valuation, investment banking and risk advisory at the RBSA group, fundraising and investor relations at a large manufacturing company, and building a listed company's finance function from scratch. He teaches Ind AS, investment banking and the use of AI in finance as faculty with ICAI, Imarticus and the Ahmedabad Management Association.
How the tool works
